When Hosts Cancel
Guests always get 100% refund
If a host cancels for any reason, you receive a full refund.
For hosts: Cancelling confirmed bookings affects your listing visibility and may result in penalties. First cancellation triggers a warning; repeated cancellations can lead to account suspension.
Guest No-Shows
If you don't arrive and don't cancel, the host receives their full payout. The booking is treated as completed.
Always cancel through the app if you can't make it.
Extenuating Circumstances
Natural disasters, medical emergencies, government travel bans—we review these case by case and may provide full refunds outside the normal policy.
