How We Verify

Video KYC

Live video recording with government ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport). Facial matching confirms identity.

Property Walkthrough

Hosts record video of their property showing all rooms, amenities, and access points. Must match listing description.

Location Lock

GPS coordinates are captured and permanently locked. Can't be changed after verification—prevents bait-and-switch.

Backoffice Review

Our team reviews every verification. Properties go live only after human approval.
