Cancelling as a host should be a last resort. It significantly impacts guests and your listing.
Consequences of cancelling
- Guest receives full refund automatically
- First cancellation: Warning and visibility reduction
- Repeat cancellations: Account suspension possible
- Calendar blocked for those dates
How to cancel

Go to your Reservations

Select the booking

Click "Cancel Booking"

Select a reason

Confirm cancellation
Warning: Only cancel for genuine emergencies. Keep your calendar updated to avoid needing to cancel.
