If a guest damages your property, here's how to file a claim.

Documentation requirements

  • Photos of the damage
  • Photos showing the item before (if available)
  • Receipts or estimates for repair/replacement
  • Timeline of when damage was discovered

Filing a claim

Document damage within 48 hours of checkout

Go to the Resolution Center

Select the booking

Upload evidence and describe the damage

Submit claim for review
