If a guest damages your property, here's how to file a claim.
Documentation requirements
- Photos of the damage
- Photos showing the item before (if available)
- Receipts or estimates for repair/replacement
- Timeline of when damage was discovered
Filing a claim

Document damage within 48 hours of checkout

Go to the Resolution Center

Select the booking

Upload evidence and describe the damage

Submit claim for review
