Guest verification

All guests verify their identity at check-in via the Romancha app. You'll see their name, profile photo, and verification status when they arrive.

Payment protection

Payments are collected at booking via your payment gateway. Funds settle directly to your bank account.

No-show protection

If a guest doesn't show up and doesn't cancel, you still receive your full payout.

Dispute support

Our team helps resolve disputes between hosts and guests. Document any issues within 48 hours.
