Understanding the difference between booking types

Some properties offer Instant Book, while others require host approval before your booking is confirmed.
Instant Book
Properties with Instant Book are confirmed immediately after payment. You don't need to wait for host approval.
Request to Book
For Request to Book properties, the host has 24 hours to accept or decline your booking request. Your payment is held until they respond.
Tip: Filter your search by "Instant Book" if you need immediate confirmation for your travel plans.
