Understand how cancellations affect you and your guests.

Guest cancellations

  • 24+ hours before: Full refund to guest
  • Less than 24 hours: Guest may not receive refund

Host cancellations

Avoid cancelling whenever possible. If you must cancel:

  • Guest receives full refund automatically
  • Cancelled dates are blocked
  • Frequent cancellations affect your listing visibility

Warning: Only accept bookings for dates you're certain you can host.
